(dba mystartupCFO), a corporation incorporated under the laws of TX and having its registered office at 8765, Stockard drive, unit 101, Frisco, TX 75034 (“Company”), is the sole owner of the website www.mystartupcfo.com (“Website”, which expression shall include any versions of the Website designed for use on mobile phones and other devices) and associated domain names, trademarks and mobile applications.

The Company makes available certain services (“Services”) to clients (“Clients”) via the Website.

For the purpose of and in the course of rendering the Services, the Company may need to collect, store, access and use the Client or his / her family and business name, address, contact details, financial, and tax information (“Personal Information”). The Company wishes to make known this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) that sets out the manner and conditions subject to which the Company shall deal with Personal Information.

Purpose of collecting Personal Information: Personal Information is collected solely to the extent required for the Company to provide the Services.

Choice and Correctness: The Company reasonably presumes that the Clients who transmit Personal Information to the Company are doing so out of their own volition. The Company does not compel any person to disclose Personal Information to the Company. However, if such Personal Information is not made available, the Company may not be able to provide the Services and shall have no liability in that behalf. The Client shall be solely responsible for the correctness and completeness of any Personal Information provided.

Use of Personal Information: The Company uses Personal Information solely to the extent required for the Company to provide the Services. The Company does not disclose Personal Information to any third party except to affiliated entities and business partners, and even that under obligations of confidentiality. The Company binds all employees who may deal with Personal Information in the course of rendering Services to appropriate confidentiality obligations. The Company shall not sell, the Personal Information.

Access: If any Client requests access to Personal Information held by the Company, including in order to correct, amend, or delete that information, the Company shall provide such access within a reasonable time. Please note that such correction, amendment or deletion may partly or completely affect the Company’s ability to provide the Services; the Company shall not be liable for any such disruption or failure.

Enforcement: For any inquiries and complaints, the following email address may be used: info@mystartupcfo.com. All inquiries and complaints shall be looked into promptly and without charging any fee to the inquirer / complainant. The Company shall also cooperate with the Data Protection authorities of the United States, Canada, European Union and India in the investigation and resolution of complaints in relation to the treatment of Personal Information under this Policy. The Company will comply with any advice given by such authorities in relation to any complaint.
